With more than two decades of experience in the high end residential and commercial real estate markets in Atlanta, Rountree has built and developed over $100 million in assets.  Working with Kairos Development, his portfolio has included land acquisition, disposition, zoning, development, construction, sales, leasing and operations. He has twice been awarded the Atlanta Urban Design Commission’s Award for Excellence in Renovations and has three times been awarded The Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “Who’s Who in Residential Real Estate”. Art is a graduate of the University of West Georgia and is a Licensed General Contractor in the state of Georgia. He is married to his high school sweetheart and has three grown sons. Art has volunteered with YoungLife as a Committee Member and currently serves as an Elder at The Vine Community Church.
